Once you purchase our repair services, we will contact you with a repair number. This number is a unique number for each order that you place with us and we ask that you write this number on the outside of your parcel when you send it to us.
Send your broken equipment to us and once we receive it, it goes directly to our in-house repair department. The average time it takes to repair equipment is 10 business days or 2 weeks. We are more than happy to expedite your repair process for an additional charge. Just let us know that you need the order expedited when we give you the repair number.
