Warranty

These items come with a One Year Warranty and are covered by The Voice & Data Warehouse for the first 60 days, with our Advance Replacement Warranty. A credit card must be on file to receive the advance replacement. After the initial 60 days, your item is covered by the original Manufacturer’s One Year Warranty, please refer to your equipment warranty information, or visit the manufacturer’s website and follow their instructions. During the first 60 days, please contact the returns department at returns@voice&datawharehouse.com or call 1-877-490-4624 and one of our sales staff will issue an RMA number and explain how to send the item back.
