Warranty
Please contact the returns department at returns@voice&datawharehouse.com or call 1-877-490-4624 and one of our sales staff will issue an RMA and explain how to send the item back. All New to You equipment comes with a 60 Day Advance Replacement Warranty. A credit card must be on file to receive the advance replacement. After 60 days, your product is covered by our in-house One Year Warranty. Your item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, with a like item sent to you or the repaired item returned to you. In the event of customer abuse or neglect, the customer will be charged for the repair service of the item or the actual replacement cost of the item. Evidence of the equipment being dropped, an electrical power surge and liquid damage, are some, but not all examples of customer abuse or neglect.
