New to You (Refurbished) equipment is previously used equipment that has gone through our strict reconditioning process bringing it back to Like New condition. This includes testing for and repairing known factory defaults, replacing plastic tops when necessary, providing plastic housings so phones will be without cracks, and with little or no discoloration, providing new designation strips, new handset cords, new line cords, and the phones are individually boxed, and labeled. If you are not satisfied with the quality, you have the option to return the item immediately for a full refund.

New to You (Refurbished) Customer Satisfaction Guarantee We guarantee you will be satisfied with your New to You purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our New To You product, contact us within 5 business days of receipt and return it in its original packaging with all the original parts within 10 business days to receive a full refund.

The item must be returned within 10 business days in its original packaging with all the original parts; designation strips, cords, manuals, etc. to receive a full credit.

In the event of customer abuse or neglect, the customer will be charged for the repair service of the item or the actual replacement cost of the item. Evidence of the equipment being dropped, an electrical power surge and liquid damage, are some, but not all examples of customer abuse or neglect.

What Does "Voice & Data New" Mean?

These items come with a One Year Warranty and are covered by The Voice & Data Warehouse for the first 60 days, with our Advance Replacement Warranty. A credit card must be on file to receive the advance replacement. After the initial 60 days, your item is covered by the original Manufacturer's One Year Warranty, please refer to your equipment warranty information, or visit the manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. During the first 60 days, please contact the returns department at returns@voice&datawarehouse.com or call 1-877-880-4635 and one of our sales staff will issue an RMA number and explain how to send the item back.

Repair Warranty: Please contact the returns department at returns@voice&datawarehouse.com or call 1-877-880-4635 and one of our sales staff will issue an RMA and explain how to send the item back. All Repaired equipment comes with a 90 day Repair Warranty. Your item will be repaired and returned to you. In the event the item can not be repaired you will be credited the original repair price and the item will be returned to you. In the event of customer abuse or neglect, the customer will be charged for the repair service of the item. What is the 60 Day Advance Replacement Service?

If there are any problems with your Avaya, Nortel Networks, or Cisco product in the first 60 days, we'll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid return label for shipping the original product back. The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service.
