Warranty And Customer Satisfaction

TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com offers a very diverse group of services and hardware, so our warranties are just as diverse.

 

Factory Like New or Like New Equipment Warranty

Warranties for Factory Like New or Like New equipment, start with the date of shipment.  Factory Like New and Like New Equipment typically comes with a One Year Warranty. We do offer shorter or longer warranty periods based on price or type of equipment, so it is important to confirm your warranty on the product page.

New Equipment with the Manufacturer's Warranty

This warranty is typically one year and is covered by the manufacturer after the first 90 days and starts with the date of shipment. You will receive all your warranty information at the time of item receipt, in your packaging. The items covered by this warranty are typically headsets, voice conferencing units, network hardware and some telephones. The manufacturers of this hardware are typically Plantronics, Polycom, Netgear and Scitec.  It is important to review your warranty information when you receive the item, and you may be required to register it with the manufacturer.   

New Equipment with TVDW.com Warranty

This warranty is covered by TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com for the entire warranty period and starts with the date of shipment. Out of box failures will be replaced with unused hardware.

For all other warranty replacements, TVDW.com reserves the right to replace defective hardware with unused hardware OR refurbished hardware. 


Out of box failures are failures that occur during initial installation, as long as the installation occurs within 30 days of the original sale. Defective hardware must be returned with the original packaging.  

TVDW.com reserves the right to use New OR Refurbished hardware, to replace equipment returned without original packing or that is installed after 30 days.

Unused hardware is typically from: Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco. 


Battery Warranty: All batteries come with a 90 Day Warranty.

After thirty days, TVDW.com reserves the right to replace any battery with a reconditioned/refurbished battery.   

Repair Service Warranty:  Repair warranties are typically a One Year Repair Warranty. 


One Year Repair Warranty:  A one year repair warranty is typically offered on phones, circuit packs, media modules, wireless handsets and voice conferencing units.


90 Day Repair Warranty: A 90 day repair warranty is typically offered on some wireless products and video conference units.


Limited Repair Warranty: The limited repair warranty is typically offered on video conferencing units and covers the repair of the original problem only.


Extended Repair Warranty:  This can vary in length and can be added to most products, for an additional price.

One Year Warranty Terms: If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts, within the first three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days from the date of shipment, TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will warranty it. All equipment covered by the One Year Warranty, comes with a 60 Day Advance Replacement Warranty. A credit card must be on file to receive the advance replacement. After 60 days, your product is covered by our in-house One Year Warranty. Your item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, with a like item sent to you or the repaired item returned to you.  During the first 60 Days, under normal conditions, TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will ship the replacement equipment within one (1) business day, provided  the equipment is under warranty.  TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will only ship replacement equipment using ground shipping.  Expedited shipping is available, provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the equipment.

Customer will be issued a Return Authorization #, and a prepaid call tag to use to ship the defective equipment back.  The defective equipment must be sent back to TVDW.com no later than ten (10) business days after the ship date of the replacement equipment. 

If the defective equipment is not returned in the proper time frame, the customer will be issued an invoice for the advance equipment item(s) and payment will be due. 

When returning defective equipment, please make sure to include all power cords, power supplies, cables and any other equipment being replaced. 

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for any equipment that is returned incomplete.

One Year Repair/Replacement Warranty Terms: If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts, within the first three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days from the date of shipment the customer can send the defective equipment to TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com. TVDW.com will determine if it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced, at no chargeTheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will only ship replacement equipment using the original shipping method.  Expedited shipping is available, provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the equipment.  Customer will be issued a Return Authorization # from TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com and a prepaid call tag to use to ship the defective equipment back. 

When returning defective equipment, please make sure to include all power cords, power supplies, cables and any other equipment that needs to be replaced.  If TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com determines that the defective equipment was damaged by customer abuse, neglect or an Act of God, customer will be contacted and an alternate solution will be offered: chargeable repair (if it can be done) or a complete return of defective equipment to customer. In this instance the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost if they would like the hardware returned.

**TVDW.com does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God. If TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com determines that the defective equipment was damaged by customer abuse, neglect or an Act of God, customer will be contacted and an alternate solution will be offered: chargeable repair (if it can be done) or a complete return of defective equipment to customer, with shipping charges included.

**TVDW.com reserves the right to issue a credit for hardware or services in lue of sending replacement hardware or offering warranty repair service. This credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the hardware or repair service.

30 Day Warranty:  

If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts, within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, the customer can send the defective equipment to TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com.  TheTVDW.com will determine if it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced, at no charge.  Customer will be issued a Return Authorization # from TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com and a prepaid call tag to use to ship the defective equipment back.  TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will only ship replacement equipment using the original shipping method.  Expedited shipping is available, provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the equipment.

60 Day Warranty:  

If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts, within the first sixty (60) days from the date of shipment, and there is not an urgent need for replacement, customer can send the defective equipment to TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com.  The  TVDW.com will determine if it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced, at no charge.  Customer will be issued a Return Authorization # from TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com and a prepaid call tag to use to ship the defective equipment back.  TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will only ship replacement equipment using the original shipping method.  Expedited shipping is available, provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the equipment.

Two Year Warranty Terms:

If a problem occurs with your hardware within the first seven hundred and thirty (730) calendar days from the date of shipment, TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will cover this hardware under our Two Year Warranty. 

During the first 60 Days, your equipment will be covered with an advance replacement. During the remaining balance, your equipment will be covered by a repair warranty. 

Repair Warranty: If a problem occurs with your hardware after the advance replacement time period, between 61 and 730 days, TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com will repair your hardware under warranty. TVDW.com will repair, or at its discretion, replace the defective hardware with equivalent hardware.  Each piece of hardware will have a TVDW.com warranty sticker referencing the date of shipment back to customer.
Warranty Terms are identified on the invoice issued by TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com.

TVDW.com does not warranty against customer abuse, customer neglect or acts of God.

**TVDW.com reserves the right to examine hardware being returned under any warranty, for any of these circumstances.

If it is determined that any of the customer abuse, customer neglect or acts of God are found to be the cause of the hardware malfunction, the customer will be notified with their available options:

Customer has the choice of being billed for the cost of the replacement items

Customer has the choice of being billed for the repair services needed to correct the problem

Customer has the choice of being billed to have the equipment sent back to them with shipping charges included.

Examples of circumstances that WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER: 


1) Equipment damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.


2) Equipment that has been altered or modified without authorization by TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com.


3) Equipment rendered inoperative by fire, flood, lightening or any ACT OF NATURE.

**TVDW.com reserves the right to issue a credit for hardware or services in lue of sending replacement hardware or offering warranty repair service. This credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the hardware or repair service.

Order Cancellation

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact your account manager immediately.

Call us at 877-880-4635 or use our contact page; include your name, order number, item part number and description.

TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com Customer Service Representative will determine whether the order has already shipped or not.

If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation with no fees.

If your order has already been shipped and you consequently receive it, please contact the returns department (Toll Free: 877-880-4635 email: Contact) and it will be handled under our normal Return Policy.


Any order placed on a credit card and then subsequently cancelled will result in a 2% to 3% cancellation charge.

Return Policy

TheVoiceandDataWareahouse.com does accept returns on new and refurbished phone system equipment.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for unopened refurbished/new hardware and a 30% restocking fee for new hardware that has been opened.

Products must be returned within (30) calendar days of Invoice.  After (30) calendar days, no returns will be accepted.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was originally sent, with all original packaging, documentation and accessories.

Products that are incomplete or defective will not be refunded. 

Any new or unused products returned with a broken manufacturer's seal are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
